Braathen Eiendom is a major operator in the Norwegian property market. For more than 50 years our business has been purchasing, selling and developing real estate. We currently have at our disposal 171.000 sq. m. commercial floorage and some 500 leasing contracts, primarily in Oslo and its outskirts. Our property portfolio is diversified, with premises to cater to many requirements.
Long-term and favourable contracts are preferable both for us and our tenants. We are committed to efficient follow-up, personal service and the best possible adaptation of premises to match individual tenant requirements. This is why we have our own architect and building technology project management team assigned to perform our installation and refurbishment work.
We manage all our properties ourselves, retaining technical expertise and a buildings supervision team for continual inspection and maintenance of all our buildings.
In addition to commercial properties, we also let apartments and flats in central locations in Oslo. We are also the owner-operators
